House rules:- Housekeeping is available from 9 am to 6 pm.
- A refundable security deposit of 15000/- is levied and will be adjusted if any damage to the property. .
- Illegal/immoral activities are not allowed.
- Only guests whose id cards are collected during check-in are allowed to stay in the premises.
- Outside guests are not allowed after 10.30 pm
- Please be gentle and handle everything with care at the villa.
- Don’t blare music to avoid disturbing other residents
- Use a low volume when talking on the deck- no screaming or loud conversations
- Do not dry clothes on the deck- use the side of the villa to place your clothes rack
- Do not place clothes or towels to dry out on balcony rails of the top floor
- No walking across the deck of other homes- only use your own. You will be trespassing private property.
Pool Rules- Swimming is only permitted with proper swimwear attire
- Swim at your own risk, there is no lifeguard on duty.
- Children must not use the pool without an adult resident in attendance.
- Glass containers, bottles and other breakable items are not allowed in the pool area.
- Eatables are not allowed in the pool area
- Please have a soap shower before entering pool
- Boisterous behavior and feats of daring exhibition that could jeopardize your personal safety and the safety of others are prohibited.
- Spitting, spouting water from the mouth or blowing of the nose in the pool is prohibited.
- Noise, such as audio equipment and/or voice levels, must be maintained at a minimum volume.
- No music should be played around pool area between 11 PM to 8 AM
- Any person with considerable exposed sub-epidermal tissue, open blisters or cuts is strongly advised not to use the pool. Any open wounds may become infected.
- People suspected of having infectious or communicable diseases may not use the pool.
- Swimming is prohibited after stated pool hours. 11 PM.
- Please help us maintain a clean environment in the pool and patio area. Dispose of all litter, cigarette butts and cans in trash containers.
- Management reserves the right to refuse entrance to any person(s) who, in their judgment, is/are in violation of the pool rules and regulations.
- Private parties are not permitted in or around the pool areas.
- No diving! It may be dangerous for other swimmers, and it could be potentially fatal to the diver since the pool is too shallow.
- No animals in the pool. In the event it occurs, animal owner to pay for maintenance that comes from cleaning up the pool.
- No food or drink to be brought near the pool area - on deck or in the pool. In the event it occurs, resident/guest needs to pay for maintenance of cleaning up the pool.

The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel after reservation, and the total price if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the full price for non-arrival. No refunds will be provided for peak season and long weekends booking
